TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview dborj is a design-first studio operating from Metro Manila, Philippines. These terms govern your use of our brand identity and any purchases made via our designated sales channels (currently TikTok Shop). By engaging with dborj, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Integrity Our apparel is engineered for structural longevity. Because we produce in limited, intentional drops, each piece is quality-checked for architectural consistency. Minor variations are a natural characteristic of small-batch, hand-finished production and are not considered defects.

3. Ordering & Fulfillment All orders for our Foundation Drop are currently processed exclusively through our official TikTok Shop. By placing an order, you agree to TikTok Shop’s terms regarding payment, data privacy, and shipping. dborj is responsible for the quality of the apparel; TikTok Shop manages the transaction processing and courier logistics.

4. Shipping & Delivery We ship domestic orders within the Philippines. Shipping timelines are dictated by our local courier partners. Once a package is handed over to the courier, responsibility for the safe arrival of the "Architectural Brick" (your package) lies with the courier service.

5. Returns & Exchanges Due to the limited, small-batch nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing choices. We will only offer an exchange if a garment is received with a clear manufacturing defect, documented within 7 days of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability dborj is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use (or misuse) of our products.
